I have a pretty decent PC, however I run the game 4K ultra settings and it runs around average 40-60 FPS. Keep in mind pretty much all modpacks say this isn't supported. If you want to add too many extra mods you're better off setting up your own mods manually, you can do this easily with mo2, similar to how the wabbajack modpacks are done so little to nothing is added to the game folder. If adding mods was as simple as that wabbajack wouldn't exist.
